★★☆☆☆ The chat with a tech coach is set up very poorly. They definitely don't know what they are doing. And continue to argue with your customers making them even more upset than they already are with issues billing causes when it comes to complaints of other Verizon retailers stores. Definitely HAVE to make employees like Adam the young man I spoke with last night 10:00 PM PST to 11:30 PM PST. I HAVE TO SAY HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ App worked, but the whole point of using it was to get help with a Verizon phone issue - Had to repeat what issue was multiple times, but could never get the tech to provide ANY guidance for the issue - tech just pushed buying more services instead of helping - terrible experience.
