    Great initiative, congratulations! I don't know about you, but before calling customer service, I always do tests, like reconnecting a cable or trying a different phone. This app is designed to help organize this troubleshooting task. I tested it with a real case, and after a few steps, it indicated that it had reset my signal. I was quite curious to see if this really happened; if so, Oi definitely scored some points with me. (I learned about the app after calling and being informed of maintenance in my area.)

    I gave the app 4 stars and Oi Velox only 1 star. The app has been really helpful to me around 15 to 20 times in these past few days when Oi Velox kept having constant outages and being slow. Please, I don't want to rely on the app, just improve the internet service.

    The worst internet in Brazil! Stay away! This app sets the standard for customer service... which is non-existent. Ridiculous company! Internet from the ice age. Worse than the IG era!!!
