My video chat app keeps disconnecting, heating up my Samsung phone, and draining the battery. Even after updates, it still has issues. It interrupts my counseling sessions, making me log in again and again. Sometimes it cuts off at crucial moments, forcing me to reconnect multiple times. At times, it's so problematic that I need to restart my phone. I wouldn't suggest using it.

Service was good, but I wish I could tell if the person I'm calling is there or if something's wrong with the link. The message just says "waiting for other party to connect". Also, other platforms offer cool virtual backgrounds and filters, so it's a bummer that there aren't many options here.

This telehealth app is really great. It's super easy to use and reliable, unlike some others I've tried that were just frustrating. Having a working app when you need it is so important. This one is simply fantastic.

Using the tool is quite simple. You just need to click on the email link sent by the automated scheduler. On the bottom left of the screen, you can find different options such as video, mute, hiding your picture, and setting up the gallery view. Some users might need a login account, but I don't. The emailed link is only active for a limited time. I haven't tried it with multiple people yet. One downside is that the backgrounds provided can sometimes cut off part of your head in a fuzzy pattern. Another drawback is the lack of filters to enhance your overall appearance, like softening and evening out your image, as well as the person and background. However, it's a good option when an in-person appointment is not possible. I've used it around 10 times and there are no ads.

Using it on tablets is a nightmare. It keeps kicking you out time and again. I've tried everything—updating the tablet, updating the app, uninstalling, reinstalling—you name it. But nope, still kicks me out every 3-4 minutes. Don't tell me it's my internet; if 1 gig isn't fast enough, what is? If it weren't for all my providers using it, I'd drop this app in a heartbeat. Maybe it functions fine on a proper computer, but let's face it, most folks are moving away from PCs to mobile devices.

This app is really useful! I have doctors all around the state, and being able to chat with them from home instead of driving for hours really helps. I wish I could rate it 4.5 stars because it's so helpful. However, sometimes the video cuts out or the audio doesn't work, which is a bit annoying. So, it's not a perfect 5-star app, but I'd still suggest it to my friends!

Sometimes, the video doesn't sync well with the audio, especially when I'm using Bluetooth headphones. The video quality can be a bit pixelated at times, but that's quite common. It would be great if the app could still play the audio when I switch to another app. Overall, it's not a bad app.

The idea is amazing! It usually works fine, but sometimes there are problems with sound and video. Every session has some issues. It might be because of my connection, but I don't think so. My therapists also face these problems a lot. It really disrupts the flow and focus of the session. We frequently have to log out and then log back in. I rely on telehealth for 2-3 sessions daily.

The app on Android always gives me trouble with audio and video, no matter what kind of headset I use. I've tried all the usual fixes, but still had issues until I switched to using the website on my computer. So, please improve the app since you're the major player in this market.

Joining links is simple - no need to type or paste. I made it to my appointment on time, even without the latest version. It would be better if I could chat with my therapist while seeing her and share images through the app. My therapist uses a laptop but gets disconnected if she's not in the center of her screen. She forgets about it as there's no indication on her side.
