TouchEn mVaccine (Enterprise) is a security program that runs in conjunction with various banks, securities, shopping, and other interconnected companies' mobile web pages to provide a secure connection environment for smartphones to prevent electronic financial accidents from various viruses and malware programs in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Service guidelines.

It is an application that operates in a network-connected environment and does not run separately from 'TouchEn mVaccine (Enterprise)'.

TouchEn mVaccine (Enterprise) provides additional vaccine guidance and service information for a safer smartphone user environment.

'Touch N M Vaccine for Web (for Business)' is a security program designed to prevent electronic financial accidents caused by viruses and malicious code programs when accessing mobile web pages of affiliated companies such as banks, securities companies, and shopping malls. It runs together with the network and connection environment to ensure a safe connection environment and does not run separately. This means that there is no execution icon on the home screen after installation.

In addition to security features, Touch N M Vaccine for Web (for Business) provides additional antivirus information to create a safer smartphone environment. This app only accesses important items necessary for the service, such as Internet and Wi-Fi connection information for network connection during pattern engine updates, and the ability to delete malicious apps when detected.

App Permission Notice

In accordance with the Information and Communication Network Act for user protection regarding smartphone app permission starting March 23, 2017, TouchEn mVaccine (Enterprise) only accesses essential items necessary for the service, as listed below:

- Essential Permissions

1.Internet, Wi-Fi connection information：Used for network connection during pattern/engine updates。

2.App deletion：Provides deletion function based on user selection when detecting malicious apps。

3.Notifications：Provides users with results when detecting malicious apps。

'TouchEn mVaccine (Enterprise)' FAQ

If there is a delay downloading from Google Play Store or installation issues with TouchEn mVaccine:

- Follow the steps due to Google Play Store issues.

- On your smartphone, go to [Settings] - [Application Manager] - select "Google Play Store" - select [Uninstall updates] button and confirm - reboot your device then reinstall.

If the screen keeps returning to the previous screen after running TouchEn mVaccine:

- This can occur when using the "Chrome" browser; try using the "Internet" browser for transactions.

If the message "TouchEn mVaccine is running" appears followed by continuous refreshing of the screen:

- This may occur while using the "Naver app" browser; try using the "Internet" browser for transactions.

If directed to reinstall TouchEn mVaccine even after installation which redirects to the Google Play Store:

- This may occur when using the "FireFox" browser; try using the "Internet" browser for transactions, or follow the steps below:

Google Play Store installation screen -> press back button on the device -> return to payment screen -> run the vaccine and proceed with payment.

If TouchEn mVaccine installation does not progress after installation:

- Press the back button on the device -> return to the vaccine initiation page -> run the vaccine and proceed to the payment page.

Unable to make payments after running TouchEn mVaccine in a shopping app:

- This may be due to inter-app connectivity issues; send the specific shopping app to voc@raonsecure.com, and it will be addressed promptly.

If TouchEn mVaccine continuously runs on LG G2 devices:

1) Go to [Settings] -> [Screen] -> [Home Touch Buttons] -> [Hide Home Touch Buttons] on the device.

2) Uncheck "TouchEn mVaccine" in the app list and restart.

TouchEn mVaccine for App (for businesses) - Mobile App Security Program

'TouchEn mVaccine for App (for businesses)' is a security program that works with various mobile apps of banks, securities companies, and shopping platforms to prevent electronic financial accidents caused by viruses and malicious code programs in accordance with the guidelines of the Financial Supervisory Service, ensuring a safe connection environment on smartphones. This application works with the network and connection environment and is not run separately as an independent program.

(Since it is not an independent program, the execution icon will not be displayed on the home screen even if installed.)

[App access permission guide]

TouchEn mVaccine for App (for businesses) accesses only the items necessary to protect user rights related to smartphone app access permissions in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection that came into effect on March 23, 2017. 

The contents are as follows:

1. Internet, Wi-Fi connection information: Used for network connection during pattern/engine updates.

Optional permissions

1. Phone: Used for device identification when using the smishing detection feature.

2. SMS: Used to check if the received text message contains a URL when using the smishing detection feature.

If TouchEn mVaccine download from Google Play Store is delayed or cannot be installed

If there is a problem with Google Play Store, please follow the steps below:

On your smartphone, go to [Settings] - [Application Manager] menu -> Select "Google Play Store" -> Select [Uninstall Updates] button and [Confirm] -> Reboot the device and reinstall.

If TouchEn mVaccine continues to run on your LG G2 device, please follow the steps below:

1) On your device, go to [Settings] - [Display] - [Home Touch Button] - [Hide Home Touch Button] menu.

2) Uncheck "TouchEn mVaccine for App" from the list of apps and restart.
