Every time I try to log in it makes me use a six-digit code sent to an email and now has asked for some unnecessarily long and complicated password. Whoever is running this ridiculous approach at security needs to be taught the art of user-friendly interface. One star until this mess is sorted out.

    It's great for checking if your scratch-off ticket is a winner. But the second chance section is tricky because you need to select Texas, but it keeps getting unchecked, making it hard to enter.

    The new update on Jan. 6 messed up the ticket scanning. It makes a beeping sound like it worked, but then the loading icon keeps spinning forever. They should really tell us they're trying to fix it.

    It's so easy to use. I check the app before buying scratch-offs to improve my chances of winning. It helps me see what prizes are left and keep track of everything.     Everyone, I figured it out! If the scanner on lotto tickets isn't working, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Remember to screenshot your lucky numbers before uninstalling or you'll lose them. Once you reinstall, the scanner should work. It might take a few tries before it starts working smoothly. I've tried scanning about 15 times before it worked for me. This tip is based on the app update in March 18, 2023. Now, if only I could win the jackpot, everything would be perfect!

    I used to really like this app a lot. I had it on my phone and used it every day. But after the app changed, it rarely works now. It's disappointing because it was so convenient not having to go to the store to scan barcodes. Since the change, I've only got it to work properly maybe three times.

    I don't like this app at all. What happened to the old scanner app? The old one had no problems, none at all. This new app scans a few tickets and then the screen just flashes. All it does is flash. It doesn't tell you if the ticket is a winner or not. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app eight times and it still isn't working.

    There's this app I use to scan my lottery tickets. It's great, but sometimes the scanner struggles with capturing the barcodes. You need really good lighting for it to work properly. It's almost impossible to scan a ticket in low light or at night. Besides that, I have no complaints about the app.

    Very fun and easy to use. You can quickly check for winners, see new scratch cards, and keep track of odds. The only issue is when you use the filter to select a specific scratch card, it takes you back to the main page each time you want to go back one step. This means you have to reapply your filter choices every time, which can be annoying and takes up some time. But I understand that this app is free, so thank you!
