    A lot of wallets don't have the TSSPDCL option for paying electricity bills. But, they do have UPI/BHIM/Google Pay available for payments. It would be easier if they could include TSSPDCL as well.

    So there was this app, right? I paid the bill through it, but guess what? There's no update in the app about the payment. No confirmation message came to my phone either. Now I'm all confused – did the payment go through or not? And the worst part is, they already deducted the money. This needs fixing, like pronto! They should send a confirmation as soon as the bill is paid.

    Oh no, I used this app to pay my bill just now. My money was taken but I didn't get any confirmation message or receipt. When I check, it still shows the bill payment option. I tried calling customer service but there's no response. All I know is my money is gone and now I'm feeling really sad.

    I just want to share about my experience with this app for paying my electricity bill. It has made things really stressful for me. The whole process is not at all easy, as there are always problems with the app and the steps are so confusing that it takes too long. It's supposed to make paying bills simpler, but instead, it's become a source of annoyance in my life. They really need to fix things to make it better for users.

    There was an issue with not being able to enter the OTP as the cursor wouldn't move to the OTP box. Fortunately, the issue has been resolved now and it is working correctly. However, there is still a prompt asking for an update to the new version even after updating. Additionally, it would be great to have the option to skip entering the email address if desired.
