1. Conduct identity verification and confirmation (KYC) via government applications by following the government application process.

Before August 1, 2024, citizens can proceed with their verification and identity confirmation (KYC) process according to the following steps.

After August 1, 2024, people can register to join the project via the government application as follows:

1. Registration process to receive rights if you are not yet a member of the government application

In the case of citizens who have never registered for the government application, you can enter the project registration process according to the steps below.

    1. Click the “Register for the project rights” button on the home page of the government application.

    2. Read and accept the project conditions.

    3. Fill in personal information as shown on your ID card

    4. Follow the instructions to take a photo of your face to verify your identity.

    5. The system will receive information to check with the population registration database and notify the verification result via the government application. (At this stage, you can close the screen and come back to check the status later.)

    6. If your personal information or face scan results do not match the population registration database, the system will display recommendations for you to follow, correct, and proceed again.

    7. When the verification of personal information or face scan results is complete, the system will display a screen for you to fill in information to create a user account (user account, password, and PIN).

    8. At this stage, the project registration is complete and the system will forward the information to the relevant agency to verify your rights according to the conditions. You can come back to check the status using the user account information you created in step 7.

2. Registration process to receive rights if you are a member of the government application

In the case that citizens are already members of the government application, you can enter the project registration process according to the steps below.

    1. Click the “Register for Project Rights” button on the home page of the government application.

    2. Press to allow the application to access personal data.

    3. The system may ask you to scan your face to confirm your identity or enter a phone number in case the member's personal information is not complete.

    4. Read and accept the project conditions.

    5. At this point, the project registration is complete and the system will forward the information to the relevant agency to check the rights according to the project conditions. You can come back to check the status using your user account information.
