    Payment didn't go through, so can't make a new booking. Gotta wait 24 hours for the old transaction to be voided first.

    At first, I rated it 2 stars because I had trouble with my booking, but now it's even worse. I can't log in to my account despite having the right login details saved. When I try to reset my password, it says my email isn't registered on the site. What's happening, guys?

    The app didn't work when I tried booking, so I went to the agent's office instead. I divided my luggage because it was over the 7kg limit. The air steward rushed me, so I had to pay extra $39 and take my baggage on board. Thai Lion Air hasn't responded to my emails about this. Avoid using Thai Lion Air; they're the worst airline.

    The app was a mess. I couldn't skip the marketing stuff, then my payment failed for some unknown reason and I couldn't go back to fix it. When I tried booking again, it said I couldn't do a duplicate transaction. The interface was terrible, wasted so much time in the app and got no ticket in the end.

    The flight app is just terrible. Their own booking references don't work and searching for flights is a nightmare. It keeps saying 'no flights available' even though there are clearly flights on those days.
