FAQs:

- How can I log out of my account?

As a registered customer, you have the option of logging out after each visit to the site. We recommend that you do this, especially if you share a computer, i.e. use a device with several people. Once you have logged out, third parties, unless they have your user name and password, cannot view your customer account, your old shopping cart or your wish list.

- How can I put items in the shopping cart at Thalia?

If you have found the item you want, you can put it in the shopping cart either directly from the search results or from the detailed view. To do this, click on the "add to shopping cart" button. This will automatically take you to your shopping cart and you can see which items are in it.

- How can I pay by invoice?

You will receive the invoice by email as a PDF file. This contains all the information you need to pay the invoice.

As a special service, you also have the option of paying your invoice at a local Thalia bookstore. Please note that this is only possible at a Thalia bookstore and only the entire invoice amount can be paid.

- Where can I enter my delivery address?

You can easily enter up to 20 delivery addresses in our shop, save them and select them for future orders. The easiest way to do this is just before submitting your order. In the order process, click on <change> under "Check order" in the upper area under "Delivery address", enter the desired delivery address in the form and click on <Apply delivery address>. Here you can also set up and select the PACKSTATION as the address. Delivery addresses can also be saved and updated under "My account", "Delivery addresses".

Please note: Unfortunately, deliveries to a post office are currently not possible. However, we are already working on being able to provide you with this service in the future.
