If I forget PIN for accessing the application. What should I do?
You can reset or recover PIN through the application. The system will ask you to verified The 1 member and reset PIN.
If the application has been updated to the new version but it didn't work, what should I do?
Please delete the application and download again.
How do I show I am the member via The 1 Application?
You can rotate mobile phone. The 1 Application will display The 1 Number and The 1 Membership QR/Barcode for instantly scan.
How can I transfer The 1 points?
You can transfer via The 1 app at menu 'Point Transfer'. There are 2 types of points transfer as follows;
1. Transfer to other members by filling transferee's mobile no. or member no.
2. Transfer The 1 point to become partners' point by clicking preferred partner's banner, such as Centara, PTT Blue Card, ESSO, PT Gas and Susco.
What information can be viewed in History?
You can view points, spending and redemption history. Points history takes 1-2 business days. Spending history takes 24 hours. Redemption history takes 1-2 minutes to show transaction that occurred.
