Finding the Mirror
Click the jackets to the left of the door.
Click the umbrella to take it, then click the sleeve of the jacket on the right to lift it, revealing a scrap of paper. Take it, then exit out from the coat hooks.
Click the drawers to the right of the door.
Take the candle, then exit.
Click either the left or right arrow on the side of the screen twice, until you are facing a boarded-up door.
Click the book shelf.
Take the small grey book, standing up, on the left. Click it in your inventory to begin reading it. You can turn the pages by pressing the small arrows at the bottom of the pages.
The journal provides clues to several of the puzzles you'll be solving, and you can consult it as often as you like.
For now, turn to the last page. Click the scrap of paper in your inventory, then use it on the book to restore the page, revealing a series of symbols that have been circled and numbered, from I to IV.
Whilst the symbols will always be the same, the order in which they're numbered is randomized, with a total of four possible variants. Make a note or memorize the order, then exit out from the journal and bookcase.
Click the cabinet door on the left.
Enter the symbols in the order seen in the journal; you'll hear a clicking sound if entered correctly. Once unlocked, click the door and take the mirror from inside.
Finding the Cross
Next, glance at the plant against the wall; make a note of the plant pot's pattern, and the number of leaves the plant has. Repeat this with each of the other 3 plants in the room, then return to the boarded-up wall. The plants and their patterns will be the same across all playthroughs.

Combine the matches and candle in your inventory to light it, then use the candle on the mouse hole to illuminate inside, revealing an electrical cable, just out of reach.
Click the umbrella and use it on the cable to take it. Exit from the mouse hole.
Next, click the plant pot for a closer look.
Take the stone inside, then exit out.
Now turn right to face the armchair wall.
Click the armchair, then click the broken electric socket behind the chair for a closer-view, and again to reveal a square-handled key.
Take the key, and exit from the chair.

Exit out from the TV and face the front door to find the dial has appeared.

As ever, there are four variants that she might draw.

To unlock the cabinet, you need to recreate the symbol seen beneath the wallpaper by clicking the buttons. If you make a mistake, click the reset button on the right. Once done correctly, the cabinet will open, revealing a light switch and an oval-shaped key. Take them both.

You simply need to rotate each of the tiles until they're lined up, as seen in the example above. It's best to start in the bottom left, and work your way from left-to-right, bottom-to-top. Once done correctly, you'll automatically exit out from the fusebox. Click the switch to turn on the outside light, then click the curtain to close it; four beams of light will shine through some holes in the curtain. Exit out from the light, and turn to face the TV wall.

Open the notebook in your inventory, and turn to the first page, with the diagram of the padlock. The four squares at the bottom of the page, each drawn with the unique foliage, reveal which order the symbols need to go in to unlock the padlock. The foliage patterns shown on the page will be randomized, and may look different in your playthrough.
Return to the wall. You will need to make a note or memorize the symbols and their correct order, referring back to the notebook to make sure you've done it correctly. Once you have the combination, return to the armchair wall and click the drawers.
Click the padlock on the bottom drawer.
Enter the symbols in the correct order, as shown in the notebook. There are four possible combinations.
Once entered correctly, the padlock will open, and a short cutscene will play. Once you regain control, click the drawer to open it, and take the metal bar inside.

Click the handle again to close the painting.
As seen on the last page of the notebook, you need to use all four of the items - mirror, cross, garlic and wine - on the vampire. Each time you do, he'll reveal a piece of the safe's combination.
Make a note of them. Once you've learned all 4, reveal the safe again and enter the combination in the correct order. Once again, there are four possible solutions.
If done correctly, you'll hear a clicking sound as the safe unlocks. Click the handle to open it, revealing a lever.
Click it; the front door will then open, and a ghostly message - "YOU SHOULDN'T GO" - will materialize on the wall.
Ignore it, and click the open door twice to escape the house and complete the game.
