So, it seems like you're frustrated because now you can't just remove someone from your contacts without also blocking them. You preferred the old way where you could simply hit the remove button without blocking them. It would be great if they could bring that feature back for you.

So, I'm having some trouble with my phone not letting me access my messages and items on Messenger. It's been really frustrating because this phone has been giving me problems since the beginning. When I bought it, I even lost access to my Facebook page! I had to set up two new accounts because of that. I tried to reach out to Metro the next day to let them know this phone is just bad, but they keep telling me stories. The worst part is that this seems to be a common issue, especially at the store on Asheville Hwy. It's like they're playing a game with me. Can you believe it?

Oh man, I almost gave it a zero rating! But luckily, I was feeling pretty good today. I've been trying to download this messaging app for the past two months, but until now, I still haven't been able to get it on my phone. It's been such a waste of my data trying to download it over and over again. Even when it finishes downloading, it just won't show up on my device. So, I really need your help and support with this.
