What is MyLFC? 

MyLFC is where fans registered via the official LFC website or Official LFC App can find exclusive benefits just for being a fan. You can also earn extra benefits and rewards by regularly using the various features of the Official LFC App and website.

How can I participate? 

As long as you are registered on the official LFC website or Official LFC App you will be able to access the MyLFC area and participate via the Official LFC App. You can find a link to MyLFC in the Official LFC App navigation.

What does it cost to participate? 

It’s free to participate you just need to be registered on the official LFC website or Official LFC App.

Can I be based anywhere in the world to participate? 

MyLFC is open to all our fans around the world.

Are there any age restrictions? 

No, all fans can register and participate.

I don't have the Official LFC App, how do I get it and access MyLFC? 

The app is available on iOS (iOS13 and newer) and Android (7.0 and newer) devices. Please visit your app store and search for “LFC Official App”. When you visit the app store page of the app, it will detail if your device is compatible.

1. First, visit your iOS or Android app store to download and install the Official LFC App.

2. Then, register or login to your account (LFC website/app account) on the Official LFC App - this is separate to an LFC ticketing or Official Membership login.

3. Once logged in, go to the navigation and find ‘MyLFC’ and tap

4. Here you will find information about the tasks you must complete and the benefits & rewards you can earn or win.

Are there any rules and suggestions when participating in MyLFC? 

1. You must be registered – we don’t know it’s you if you’re not registered and logged in.

2. You must download and install the Official LFC App – tasks you need to complete to earn benefits & rewards are accessible via the Official LFC App.

3. You must be signed-in to the Official LFC App when completing tasks - otherwise we don’t know you’re completing tasks!

4. You should complete as many tasks as you can – otherwise you might not earn enough points to redeem your chosen benefits & rewards.

5. You should claim and redeem any benefits & rewards earned as soon as you can otherwise you may lose out on them.

6. You should read the participation Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for full information.

    Hey there! The app seriously needs an update! This is something that happened last season as well. It's happening again now, starting on the 23rd of August, 2022. Three games in and still no updated fixture list! Finally, on the 6th of September, 2022, the fixture list was updated. How about this for a fresh idea - why not update it during the offseason?

    There's this app for Liverpool Football Club news that's pretty good. It would be even better if you could choose which updates you want to receive, like news, team sheets, goal alerts, cards, or final scores. Right now, you get all of them, and it would be nice to have the option to turn off some or all of them.

    I have an app to watch games that cable doesn't show. Unfortunately, the fullscreen feature doesn't work on my Samsung S7 for some reason. I hope they fix this. It's a bit inconvenient to find full matches on the app. To see a full match – the main reason I use it – I have to go through a few steps. First, I go to Matches, then pick the match, then tap More videos and scroll down to find it among the highlights. It takes 4 taps... quite silly. I'm a huge Liverpool fan, but the app definitely needs some improvements.

    Whenever I attempt to customize the notifications on my phone for the app, so that it only sends me the match stats, it always reverts back to sending me all three categories of notifications (news, offers, and match stats) whenever I leave the app. I don't understand why this keeps happening, but I am seriously considering deleting this app because of this problem.

    The fixtures and results section is always out-of-date. You would expect the developers to take the opportunity during the summer transfer window to update the fixture schedule, but they usually don't do it until a quarter of the season has passed. Maybe you should just save the homepage in your bookmarks instead. The app has been difficult to use for many years. It seems like a low priority for the organization. It feels like they only care about making money from ads. I suggest not downloading this app. It's been consistently bad and that's unlikely to change.

    I'm not sure what happened. Every time I open it, the app shows old stories from September 27th! I am currently updating the app and it looks very different now compared to before. It's all so confusing to me. Can anyone help with this?

    Earlier, the app used to work really well. However, now it seems like there is an issue as it does not show the team and updates. Although notifications are received, the app itself does not display any content. The news feed is never up to date either. It's a disappointment because I used to enjoy using it before.
