The app is super user-friendly and easy to use. It would be great if they provided more details about the dishes, like explaining the differences in Chicken Pop condiments. And it's a bit frustrating that you can't opt out of those annoying SMS ads.

This advertisement was terrible. They got me by promising a 40% discount for two items, but conveniently left out that it's only for delivery. When I arrived at their store, they told me it's for delivery only. If you try to deceive people to make money, you'll end up losing your loyal customers.

It's so frustrating when the store can't remember where I live even though I've been in this apartment for 11 years! But they do call me nearly every time I order. It's annoying, but the food is so good, and their service is always friendly and polite. Very grateful for that! 🙏

It seems like the person who created the CAP system made a mistake by not removing the cap from the key. As a result, unless you are lucky, the OTP will never work. Besides this major issue, the app is quite cumbersome to navigate. You must enable location services, so even if you just want to check for promotions, if the store lacks GPS signal, you won't be able to access them. The promos offer some variety, but they are not as valuable compared to what other competitors provide. Overall, the app is just average but can be frustrating to use.
