Thenx is created with the intention of teaching individuals the insider techniques and wisdom of bodyweight training. These routines have been tried and perfected over numerous years by expert trainers and sportspeople to offer the most straightforward and effective method to progress in calisthenics fitness and capability. Through these programs, one will encounter challenges; however, the skills and capabilities acquired through systematic progression can be achieved by individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The instructional content is presented through brief video clips, enabling users to grasp techniques and exercises at their own speed, guaranteeing that proper form can be effortlessly imitated, thus tailoring their workout experience.

Placing an Order

Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We fulfill most orders same-day if placed before 3:00PM EST. Because of this we are unable to make changes to orders, including cancellations, products, payment methods, shipping service, delivery & shipping addresses.

I want to Cancel or Change my order

Once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, we can not cancel or make any changes to to your order, this includes the following:

Changing the item or size

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method

Shipping Carrier

If you made a mistake when you placed your order, please contact us right away and we might be able to help. (No guarantee that we can cancel or change your order after it has been placed).

I have received a faulty item

**All claims for goods arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.**

If the item you received is defective please contact us right at away with the following information:

Order number (starts with #THX)

Specify which item is defective 

A description of the issue

Photo evidence of the damage

Please do not send back any defective items unless directed to do so by one our support representatives, it may result in a slower resolution time.

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot process a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information and a member of our support team verifies it, we'll quickly find a resolution to the issue.

I entered the wrong address! What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates. However, you can reach out directly to the carrier to request a redirection or hold at a local postal location.

If the package is returned to our facility, we’ll be happy to offer a reshipment, refund, or store credit at that time.

Please note that we are not liable for misdeliveries. If a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund for that order.
