Bank Transfers & Cash Deposits (Users in Egypt)

To fund your account, follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom

    2. Click on Top Up (+)

    3. Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]

    4. Choose the funding method you would like to use:

        Bank Transfers & Cash

        Deposits

        Instapay

        Vodafone Cash

    Head to the nearest CIB branch (you will not be able to deposit into a CIB ATM)

    Once you click on the cash deposit option you will see our bank details

    After you’ve made the cash deposit at the bank, come back to the Thndr app & click on Confirm

    Enter your deposit amount, deposit date, and the receipt number

    Make sure you upload a copy of the deposit slip

Wire Transfer

    Visit your bank and make a transfer to Thndr’s bank account OR

    Make a transfer from your online banking app to Thndr’s bank account

    After you’ve made the transfer, please make sure to confirm the transaction on the Thndr app by following these steps:

    Once you click on wire transfer, you’ll be able to see our bank details

    After you’ve made your transfer, click on Confirm

    Enter your transfer amount, and transfer date

    Please make sure to add the reference in your transfer

Please don’t forget to confirm your transfer on the Thndr app through your Wallet.

Instapay (Thndr users in Egypt)

To fund your account, follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom

    2. Click on Top Up (+)

    3. Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]

    Use the Instapay app to make a transfer to Thndr’s bank account (watch this video to learn more about how to use Instapay)

    Make sure you enter the correct bank name, account number & receiver name (you can find these on the Thndr app after you click on the Instapay option)

After you’ve made the transfer, please make sure to confirm the transaction on the Thndr app by following these steps:

    1. Once you click on Instapay, you’ll be able to see our bank details

    2. After you’ve made your transfer, click on Confirm 

    3. Enter your transfer amount, and transfer date

    4. You can add a screenshot from the Instapay app to help us locate your transfer faster
