Who can get Three+?

Our Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers can register for Three+.

We’ve started making Three+ available for Business customers too. As this is a phased rollout, you’ll get a notification when you’re able to access the App. We’re working on making Three+ available to our Home Broadband and Mobile Broadband, customers soon.

You must be over 18 to register.

Please note that you can’t use your My3 login details for Three+. You’ll need to register for a new Three+ account, by entering your phone number and then choosing a new unique password.

Why do I need to top up to use Three+?

If you’re on Pay As You Go, you must top up at least £10 every 90 days to access rewards. It’s our way of knowing you’re an active Three customer.

Do offer codes expire?

Yes they do. How long a code lasts will depend on the terms and conditions for each reward. Some codes will expire after a set period of time or may be a one-time use code. Some codes will expire at the end of each week, although it is usually possible to get a replacement code to use for the following week.

    I think the app is really good because it has a clear interface and helpful features. However, recently, whenever I try to update the app to check my data allowance, it only displays last month's results. I've tried restarting my phone, but it didn't fix the issue. After reinstalling the app, I couldn't even finish setting it up; instead, I kept getting a general error message saying "something's gone wrong." Developers, could you please address this problem?

    Oh, this app is just the worst. I've been trying to sign in for a whole year now, and still no luck. So frustrating because I can't even check my bills! Who knows, they might be overcharging me. I attempted to speak with someone from 3, but after 30 minutes of getting nowhere, I just gave up. I've actually been a customer with 3 since they first launched, but it seems like it's time for a change. Honestly, giving them one star is being too generous. I definitely won't be sticking with them any longer. Never again!

    Well, this app is just not great. It's supposed to be convenient, but when I tried to add data packs to my shopping cart, I couldn't find the cart anywhere on the app. Plus, it's really difficult to get around and the design is just awful. And after the update, I had to reset my password, which was something I hadn't done in years and couldn't remember for the life of me. Recovering it was a real hassle. Now, I've given up and gone back to using the website to top up instead.

    So, when I try to use this app, I put in my phone number three times but when I tap the "enter" button, it just won't work. I've even tried entering the numbers in different ways, but still nothing happens. It's so frustrating because no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the app to work. The app also crashed on me five times earlier because I was trying to paste something from my keyboard. Judging from other recent reviews, it seems like this app really needs an update for stability and functionality as soon as possible. By the way, I have both apps downloaded, but the one that's giving me trouble is the one with the white background.
