TIM Modem - Mobile data management

It's convenient for the fixed line, but I can't see the mobile numbers associated with the line.

Hey, I couldn't log into my TIM modem WiFi app.

So, basically this service allows you to quickly pay one or more bills as long as you have a credit card or prepaid card handy. The best part is that you don't have to pay the usual transaction fee, which is typically 2.5 euros per bill if you pay at a tobacco shop or post office, totaling 25 euros per year.

I give it 4 stars just because I haven't used the tech support, but overall it's a very simple, intuitive and useful app. Especially for someone like me who can't set up direct debit with a regular prepaid card, being able to pay conveniently from my phone without postage costs is great (€1.50 x 12 months = €18 per year).

Oh che disastro... qualche giorno fa il mio collegamento VDSL ha smesso di funzionare improvvisamente mentre non c'era nessuno a casa. Ho aperto una segnalazione e l'applicazione la mostrava sulla homepage, ma quando cercavo di accedervi mi diceva che non c'erano segnalazioni aperte. Per l'intera giornata di ieri, l'applicazione non accettava l'autenticazione. E poi passiamo al servizio assistenza di Telecom... Il tecnico mi ha chiamato il giorno successivo promettendo di richiamarmi... ma dopo quel giorno non ho più sentito nulla?!?! Due giorni di completo silenzio. Telecom sembra proprio un tipico caso da commedia all'italiana. Penso che sia giunto il momento di passare a un'altra compagnia.
