3.Feed

Subscribe to blogs on topics of interest and check out new posts anytime, anywhere.

4.Search

Search for professional content on Tistory blogs ranging from restaurants, travel, lifestyle information, to stocks, IT, and economic information. You can also search for individual posts within each blog.

5.Editor

You can write posts with photos and videos using the mobile app. Enjoy a variety of editing functions, including attaching content like Melon music, movies, books, performances, exhibitions, and even spell check.

6.Notifications

Receive real-time notifications for comments, subscriptions to your blog, team blog invitations, as well as new post alerts from subscribed blogs.

7.My Blog

Check daily, weekly, and monthly detailed metrics through the statistics card and revenue card. We also provide summaries of incoming logs, inflow keywords, and popular posts. Long-press on the post list to quickly utilize features such as changing the publication status, editing, and deleting.

* To enable smooth use of the Tistory app, the following access permissions are requested.

- Storage space: Required to attach images, videos, and files saved on the device.

- Camera: Required to take photos and videos.

- Microphone: Required to record videos.

- Notifications: Required to receive notifications for new updates such as comments, subscriptions, and team blog news.

* You can use the app without agreeing to optional access permissions. However, if you want to allow individual optional access permissions, please update your Android OS to the latest version.

* The Tistory app operates in an operating system environment of Android version 8.0 or higher.

I forgot my ID/password.

You can ‘Find Account (Email)’ or ‘Find Password’ on the Find Member Information page .

1. Find your account (email)

If you enter the blog address you operated, matching account (email) information will appear.

To protect personal information, some parts of the account are hidden and a fixed number of characters are displayed.

For example, if the ID is exemple@daum.net, it will be displayed as ex*****@d*****, so please refer to this when looking for the ID.

2. Find password - Kakao Account

If you signed up with a Kakao Account, a button to go to the Kakao Account password reset page will appear when you enter your account. Please click the button to reset your Kakao Account password. Alternatively, you can proceed to Find Kakao Account Information .

※ You can find your Tistory password only through the main email address you set in your Kakao account. If you do not remember the main email address you set, please ‘Find Password’ on your Kakao Account, not on the ‘Find Password’ page of Tistory.

3. Find your password - Tistory email account

If you signed up with a Tistory email account before October 27, 2020, a password reset verification email will be sent when you enter your account. In the authentication email that says “Please change your Tistory password,” you can click the [Reset Password] button to set a new password and log in.

Account FAQ

I already have a Tistory account that I have signed up for, but when I log in, a new sign up screen appears.

If you log in with a Kakao account other than the one already registered with Tistory, you will be moved to the new sign-up screen.

Please proceed in the order below.

1. Access the Kakao Account login page (https://accounts.kakao.com) and log in with the Kakao Account you used with Tistory.

2. While number 1 is logged in, access Tistory (https://www.tistory.com) and click the ‘Get Started’ button to log in.

3. If the membership registration screen appears again, access the Kakao Account login page (https://accounts.kakao.com) and log out.

4. Log in again with the Kakao account you used with Tistory

※ Other Kakao Account information may remain in the browser, so if the error persists, please delete your browser's cookies and cache, or try using a Chrome Secret tab.

Please proceed in the order below.

1. Access the Kakao Account login page (https://accounts.kakao.com) and log in with the Kakao Account you used with Tistory.

2. While number 1 is logged in, access Tistory (https://www.tistory.com) and click the ‘Get Started’ button to log in.

3. If the membership registration screen appears again, access the Kakao Account login page (https://accounts.kakao.com) and log out.

4. Log in again with the Kakao account you used with Tistory

※ Other Kakao Account information may remain in the browser, so if the error persists, please delete your browser's cookies and cache, or try using a Chrome Secret tab.

※ If you do not remember the Tistory account you previously used, you can find the account information you used by searching the blog address in Find Tistory member information .

Usage FAQ

Can I modify the skin I am using as I wish?

You can edit the changed skin in the Decoration > HTML/CSS Edit menu in blog management.

Edit the currently used skin selected from the skin list.

You can change the design of the skin in detail through HTML/CSS editing (editing index.html and style.css files).

However, please note that this modification requires an understanding of HTML/CSS.
