Cancel my subscription

To view or cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below for the platform where you originally purchased your subscription.

Purchased on iOS:

    1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

    2. Open the App Store > Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.

    3. Tap on your active subscription(s).

    4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Purchased on Google Play:

    1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Google account that you used to subscribe.

    2. Open the Play Store App.

    3. Tap Profile in the top-right corner > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

    4. Tap on your subscription(s) and tap Cancel.

Purchased on Amazon:

    1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Amazon account that you used to subscribe.

    2. Open the Amazon App Store on your Kindle device.

    3. Tap Manage Subscriptions.

    4. Scroll down to find your active subscription and tap on your subscription.

    5. Tap Cancel to turn off auto-renewal in the actions menu.

Purchased on Piknik Website:

    1. Sign in with your Piknik account.

    2. Under My Subscriptions, scroll down to the subscription you want to manage.

    3. Tap Manage Subscription underneath the app title.

    4. In the pop-up, tap your active plan.

    5. Click Cancel Subscription > Confirm Cancellation.

Purchase an individual subscription

You can subscribe to any of our singular apps through our apps, including Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, MathTango, Toca Boca Jr, or Hair Salon 4.

To do this, please follow our steps below:

    1. Download or update to the latest version of the app on your device.

    2. Open the App.

    3. Tap Get Started or Sign In.

    4. You can select either our Piknik Unlimited plan - or - our individual plan.

    5. You're all set!

Restore my purchase(s)

To restore a purchase, follow the steps below:

    1. Open the app associated with your purchase.

    2. Go to the Parents Icon (top-left).

    3. Go to the Settings tab.

    4. Make sure you're logged into your Piknik account.

    5. Tap Restore Purchases / Link Subscription to Account.

    6. Your games should now be unlocked!

With tons of accessories, tools, and customization options, there are endless ways to express their unique style and creativity.

Can I play on more than one device?

With your Piknik account, you can share your subscription(s) with up to 10 devices at a time. If you’ve reached the limit and want to add a new device, just log out of an older device, and you’re all set.

To access your games on another device, download the latest version of your app, tap Sign In > sign in using your Piknik account credentials, and your games should now be unlocked.

Don't see Sign In? Go to the Parents Icon (top-left) > Settings > Sign In and enter your credentials. You're ready to play!

Why does it say that Hair Salon 4 has in-app purchases?

Hair Salon 4 is free to download but does include paid subscription plan options which can be purchased within the app. We offer monthly and annual plans that unlocks all content in Hair Salon 4.

Can I play Hair Salon 4 offline?

Yes! Once you’ve downloaded the Hair Salon 4 app, your base items will automatically be available for offline play.

If you have recently purchased a subscription plan, you may need to connect to WiFi or Data to access your newly unlocked items. To unlock your items, go to Hair Salon 4 > Press Play > Open each station and tap on the wrapped package > Your supplies should now appear, and you're all set to play offline!

Can I give Hair Salon 4 as a gift?

We don’t have gifting options yet, but we are hoping to offer these soon!

In the meantime, you can choose to purchase a subscription through your personal App Store and then link your subscription to a Piknik account. Once the subscription is linked to the Piknik account, the recipient of your choice can then sign in to access their games! They won’t have access to your App Store information or billing, so you’ll still have control over the subscription. You can choose to renew or cancel at any time.

Visit the Style Station to pick out a fresh outfit that complements the new look. Choose from a wide range of styles to revamp your character’s attire, accessorize with stickers, glasses, hats, and more to add a final touch.

Capture your character’s transformation by striking a pose in the photo booth. Select a backdrop, snap a photo of the new style, and save it in a photo book to revisit later.

Refresh at the Shampoo Station by lathering up, rinsing off, and blow-drying hair for a clean slate. Witness the removal of face paint and makeup, allowing you to create a brand-new look at the salon.
