1. How do I book a group order?

If you're planning to buy more than 6 tickets, you can make several separate orders. Simply place one order for up to 6 tickets, then go through the ordering process again for the additional tickets you need.

Keep in mind that seating options might change between orders, so it's a good idea to book as quickly as possible to ensure everyone can sit together.

2. How can I share my tickets?

1) Sharing Individual Tickets

If you have multiple tickets in your order, you can share them with different friends:

- Open the TodayTix app and go to the Orders section.

- Select your order and tap Add guest under Share tickets.

- Follow the steps to add it to your friend’s TodayTix account.

- Repeat these steps to share additional tickets with other friends.

2) Sharing Your Entire Order

If you’d like to share your entire order with a friend, you can do this once the barcodes are available:

Option 1: Download the tickets to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, then share the tickets from your wallet app.

Option 2: Take a screenshot of the barcodes and send the screenshots to your friend.

3. Can I make changes to my order?

Generally, refunds or changes to your order are not available once a purchase is completed, unless you have added Ticket Protection. With Ticket Protection, you can make changes or cancel up to 24 hours before the show.

Regarding seat changes, once an order is placed, it may not be possible to accommodate seat exchanges or upgrades.

If your performance is canceled, we will contact you to discuss your options for a refund or exchange.

4. How does TodayTix Rewards work?

Members earn status and unlock rewards as they purchase tickets and attend shows through TodayTix. Buying multiple tickets to a show helps you ascend tiers faster since each ticket counts!

5. Why are the seats I selected suddenly unavailable?

Our seating availability is updated in real-time. This means that while you’re browsing the seating chart, someone else might be purchasing tickets at the same time. As a result, the seats you were interested in might be purchased by another customer, even if they seemed available when you selected them.

If this happens, you can try choosing a different set of seats. Look in other sections or try different rows to find ones that are still open. This should help you get the tickets you need.
