Tokopedia Guncang 7.7 - Shopping & discount deals

I usually use Tokopedia for my online shopping, but after the recent update, things have been really slow. For instance, before the update, it only took 0.2 seconds to crack open a lucky egg, but now it's taking 3-5 seconds. It's not just the eggs - even loading products is super slow, and there's nothing I can do about it. Strangely, my internet connection is fine as I can still watch YouTube without any issues.

The latest version released on March 18th, 2019 removed the option to sort products based on sold items. This change is not good. Now, when checking out, you can only choose the duration of shipment, and you can no longer select the courier company. This is also not good. I want to be able to choose a transport company with a good reputation that offers fast tracking and response times. Tokopedia has removed this option. With each update, this app becomes more and more annoying.

I updated the app and now I hate the whishlist section. Every time I open an item, then close it, the whishlist goes back to the top and I have to keep scrolling down. It's really annoying. Everything was okay before, but this update messed up the whishlist. Also, we can't select all items in the whishlist section to remove them easily.

Finally, the new version has a lot of improvements. You can now enjoy various new online shopping features all in one app. But they still have some work to do, especially when it comes to refunding purchases made with a credit card.

I use this app for almost all my shopping needs. it's easy to use, loads fast, and transactions are simple. I appreciate the free shipping without claiming. They handle complaints well too. Just one suggestion - adding a category/folder feature to the wishlist would be great. Keep up the good work!

Toped was my go-to app for buying things or paying bills. But now I can't use any promos, including free delivery. So, it's no longer on my list. I'll stop using it since Tokopedia doesn't care or provide explanations. New apps are appearing. The top one will fall someday, and the new one will rise.

Tokopedia is my favorite e-commerce platform because it offers many promotions and has a visually appealing interface. It's easy to find what I need, and almost everything can be found on Tokopedia. The payment system is secure, so there's no need to worry about losing money if the items are not delivered. Using this app makes my shopping experience convenient as I don't have to go out. However, I think the only downside is that they only provide chat support for inquiries.

Been using Tokopedia for over 5 years now. It was confusing finding the tracking menu at first, but now with the latest update, it's just irritating to use daily. I really like that they added the wishlist and transaction buttons at the bottom of the screen on September 9th. This change makes it easier for me to see my latest transactions and statuses. I will update my rating from one star to four stars.
