Torrent Power Connect - Energy bill management

Oh man, this app is seriously driving me nuts! I can't make payments with it at all. Every time I try, it just throws an error saying it can't connect to the server. And when I try to send an email to report the issue, it gives me the same darn error! Because of this nonsense, I haven't been able to pay my last bill. It's been over 4 months now and there's still no fix or update for the app. I'm done with this - going to post a complaint in the consumer forum.

The app for bill payment is not helpful at all. I've been using it for years and keep getting an error message saying that something went wrong. I asked others, and they're experiencing the same issue. I'm sure the developers will just tell me to update to the latest version, claiming that everything works perfectly. They'll probably suggest I contact them for help. But really, they should fix this problem first before I even consider seeking more assistance.

That's great! Everything is conveniently located in one place. There's no need to go to the office anymore, and the bill calculation feature in the app is really impressive. I'm at a loss for words on how to describe it further. Just download the app and unwind. No more hassle with phone calls or having to visit in person. With just one application, everything is taken care of. Thank you, Torrent Power, for offering such an excellent service.

I'm glad the app has been useful during lockdown. There's room for improvement in live meter tracking for customers. It would be great to see fuel and fixed charges deducted. The service is really fast. Having all wires underground would enhance safety. Perhaps offering a special discount for loyal customers could be considered. The billing cycle could start from the 1st of the month to the 30th with readings taken on the 2nd and bills sent out by the 5th. Overall, the services provided are excellent.

Can't see old bills on app after update!

If you have added three services already, the app will display a pop-up message informing you that you have reached the maximum limit of service registrations. To add more services, you can try removing one of the existing services from your list and then proceed to add the new service that you wish to register. This way, you can make room for additional services within the app.

The mobile app is fantastic! It has amazing features that are super easy and convenient to use. I found it really helpful in understanding my connection, usage, and bill details.
