TouchNote - Custom photo postcards

I bought a year's subscription but the postcards I received don't match the ones displayed in the app. The confirmation email postcard format is different and unattractive. They include a touch note logo that wasn't visible in the preview, ruining the whole look. It's not a good deal for the price you pay per card.

I used to love this app when it first came out. It was so easy to send postcards while on vacation. But now, they've added a bunch of extra features that you have to pay for. They've even taken away simple functions like creating a postcard with four landscape pictures. It's a shame the developers are just trying to make more money instead of keeping the app's original purpose. Why not keep the original version as it is and create a TouchNote plus version with all the extra add-ons for those who want them?

Not certain about asking for those numbers for a membership. Accidentally sent the two cards on the wrong days, so the surprises were ruined. The printed paper has very dark and dull picture quality. The app has issues on the order pages. I'll probably wait before trying it again until it's fixed. Canceling membership involves many steps and can only be done through a browser, not the app.

This situation is not fair. I think it's unreasonable to have a time limit on the credits. It doesn't seem right to lose something you paid for just because you didn't use it in time. It feels like a scam to me. They are only interested in making money. I'm unhappy with this policy. I will uninstall the app and keep my credits.

I think this app is cool for sending cards. It's easy to use, but it could be better. Adding pictures from the bottom of my phone is tricky. The app keeps refreshing too quickly. I wish there were more stickers available. Also, resizing stickers and photos on the phone is not simple.

The app keeps getting greedier. It was good for holidays before. Now credits have an expiry date of 12 months. If you don't use them, they're gone. They want you to pay for a premium account with no expiry date. So you end up paying twice. Shows how greedy companies are these days.

Loading photos is a pain. The app doesn't let me open specific albums, so I have to scroll forever to find the right photo. It often freezes when sending cards and won't save drafts, forcing me to start all over again. It's so slow, but I like the concept enough to endure the frustration every time!

Sending customized postcards through this app is great! I always use them whenever we go on trips to send special messages to my grandkids. I include pictures of our activities, and they really enjoy receiving them. It's way more convenient and cost-effective than buying postcards and stamps in different places. Plus, the grandkids get them quickly, unlike traditional mail which can take weeks.

Someone installed an app for a free trial, which required entering card details. The setup was easy and the free trial was good. However, they couldn't cancel the service as it had to be done through the desktop version, which didn't recognize their account. They emailed customer service but received no response, and now they are about to be automatically billed.

The cards are really nice, whether you use photos or artwork. However, the pre-written messages and text boxes can be frustrating. Also, when writing on a mobile device, it's hard to see what you're typing and edit properly. There are some fonts that just don't work for basic text. These little issues could be fixed easily. Another problem is that the app deletes all my data after some time.
