Having trouble staying connected to my home network when setting up things like NAT/port forwarding. I always have to restart the app just to forward one port. It keeps showing the "We can't find Deco" message and saying it can't connect to the Cloud service. It doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi, data, at home, or elsewhere. Even after the latest update, the issue persists. I've sent multiple error logs. Please create an app that actually works.

The app worked fine for a month, but then I couldn't access the wifi settings due to an error message. Despite uninstalling the app and resetting my system, I still faced the same issue. TPLink's advice didn't help, and they haven't investigated the problem. My Samsung phone and the app are both up to date. It's been frustrating with no solution in sight.

The routers and mesh nodes work great. But, I don't trust the app at all. Using the wifi assistant features and checking public IP addresses or ports is terrible or simply doesn't function. It would be nice if accessing a connected device from the list would let you use the assistant features - such as scanning Shodan to find insecure cameras or devices. Unfortunately, the app is only good for resetting devices and nothing else.

Bought this new thing from Costco. It's great with my smart home setup. Unlike Orbi, this one doesn't get overwhelmed and restart randomly. It can handle over 200 devices and so far I've got 80 connected with no issues. It's pretty clever, switches to a better band when there's interference. Just wishing for a Web interface to make changes too.

The Cloud service is a good idea, but the way it's set up isn't great. You need Internet all the time to use it, so you can't fix things when you really need to. Plus, you can't see old data or error logs - it's basically just for changing your IP address. It's better to have local access instead.

I've had this network for a while now and it's been working great practically. I can get Wi-Fi everywhere in my house and even out in the garden, which is awesome. But I've been noticing that the app is a bit slow, especially when updating. It's not giving me real-time information – for example, it shows devices that disconnected an hour ago. Also, I'm having trouble updating the firmware. I have around 52 devices connected, so I'm not even close to maxing out the capacity.

Rating down to 1 star. App is frustrating and has many problems. Couldn't access my parental controls after the latest update. Kept prompting me to subscribe, even though I was already paying. Had to make a new profile. Set bedtime but it blocked devices earlier than scheduled. Had to change settings to set times for each day. Such a hassle!

I don't want to set up a router on my device with an app. I prefer using a web interface to troubleshoot the router problem without downloading apps or creating accounts. I'm not pleased with this situation. It's frustrating that I have to use an app for a new device that's not even listed yet. Things need to improve.
