TracFone My Account - Manage phone usage

I am not happy with the new update. Even the old one caused issues for me. However, it did display my balance and account details. Now, with the new update, I cannot see my account balance at all. The text message service never functioned properly for me either. Therefore, I have no idea how much data or minutes I have used up, as these details are no longer visible. This issue needs to be resolved.

I've been using my Tracfone LG smartphone and Tracfone services for almost 2 years now. Before that, I was with Verizon and used their Moto "razor" phones for many years. I was satisfied with my Verizon experience, but when I upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus, I encountered various issues due to the 2-year contract. That's when I decided to switch to Tracfone's deal, which included an LG64 smartphone and one year of service for $125. It's been 2 years since I made that switch, and I've never looked back. I'm enjoying the simplicity and affordability of Tracfone without any contracts.

I've had a Tracfone for over 10 years now. When they started offering smartphones, I switched from AT&T to Tracfone and brought my Galaxy S7 Edge along with my number. The service has been great - no issues at all. Plus, my monthly bill is $75 cheaper than what I used to pay with AT&T. With Tracfone, you only pay for the minutes, texts, and data you actually use, and they never expire. It's almost been a year now, and I can easily get tech support whenever I need it. I'm really happy with Tracfone - no more dealing with taxes or contracts!

The app is not great, it's really slow and has a lot of bugs. Sometimes it just doesn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if that would fix the problem, but it didn't. It's still slow and I can't sign in on the first or second try. It usually takes 3 or 4 tries to sign in. This problem keeps happening with this app.

I had 2 phones, one for me and one for my wife. At first it was fine, but then we started having issues. We tried to sign up for auto refill, but because the account was in my name, whenever my wife's phone got refilled, all the minutes, texts, and data went to my phone. Customer service couldn't fix the problem of refilling two phones separately. I ended up with a lot of extra data, while my wife had to call every month to refill her phone. Dealing with this was not worth it.

I have been really enjoying using TracFone. They say you have more privacy with them, but that might not be the case because they restrict access to adult sites. It seems like they are limiting your rights. Despite this, I think TracFone is a great phone and I'm happy with it. Other users should be aware of these restrictions.
