    I have been trying to make orders on the app for more than a year, but it never goes through. Whether I use gpay or enter my credit card information, the app always freezes when finalizing the order. So, I never receive an order number because the order doesn't go through. However, my credit card is always charged for the order and I need to request a refund each time. I have informed customer service about this problem multiple times, but it has not been resolved. Even deleting and reinstalling the app does not solve the issue.

    The pick up function should be improved. If you buy something on the app, you get updates through email instead of the app. When you click on "order details" in the email, it opens in a web browser rather than the app. Therefore, you need to either copy and paste the order details into the app or log in through the browser. The app isn't quicker or more convenient at all.

    The app keeps showing a network connection error, even though my ATT wifi is working fine. I think the mobile programming was outsourced to another country and the quality control isn't up to par. I've seen this happen before in my previous jobs where they ignored feedback and ended up losing customers.

    The app is not good. To pay your credit account bill, you have to go through a submenu on one specific page rather than having a link in a more convenient place like the dashboard or profile. Also, their login and password recovery functions are useless. You don't receive confirmation texts or codes when you request them. It's really frustrating to use this app. Even though they offer free delivery, it's not worth the effort and time.
