- How do I check in online?

You can check in online on your phone, tablet or computer. This is possible from 30 hours up to 4 or 1 hour(s) before departure. You will receive an email containing a link which takes you directly to the online check-in.  After checking in, you can print or download your boarding pass to your smartphone.

- How do I reserve a seat?

You can reserve a seat either directly when booking your flight, or later by logging into My Transavia. It is possible to reserve a seat until 30 hours before your flight departs. If you do not reserve a seat, you can choose from the remaining available seats when you check in online.

If you check in at the airport, we will assign you a seat. This may mean you and your travel companion(s) will not be seated next to one another.

- How can I change my flight?

You can change the following things yourself in My Transavia.

Passenger details

This can be done up to 2 hours before departure and you can immediately see how much it will cost. You will receive a new booking confirmation.

Would you like to depart from another airport, or fly to another destination? This can only be changed by telephone via our Service Centre up to 24 hours before your departure.

Are you travelling with special luggage, with a pet or have you requested medical services? Then the same applies, you can only make these changes via our Service Centre.

Please note that once you’ve checked in, you can no longer make any changes to your booking.

- From which gate does my flight depart?

The monitors displaying departure times at the airport show the gate number where you will be boarding. So, keep a close eye on the monitors because your gate may change. Also make sure you to be at the indicated gate by the boarding time stated. Passengers who arrive at the gate late will not be allowed to board and will lose their right to transport.
