We know that to reach your fitness goal, it's important to exercise and have a healthy diet too. The Workout features FITNESS RECIPES that are tips for healthy dishes, prescribed by nutritionists so you can have a balanced diet.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENTS

Access reports that show all the data about your progress.

INFORMATION ABOUT APP USAGE AND SUBSCRIPTION

Downloading and using the app are free.

For extra features, you can choose the 12 or 6-month subscription. If you opt for the subscription, pay the price set for your country (this value will be displayed in the app).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
