Return Products Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create Return Shipping Code

    Go to "My Account".

    Select "My Orders".

    Click on "Details" for the order containing the product you wish to return.

2. Select Product for Return

    Choose the specific product you want to return and the reason for the return.

    If you purchased multiple quantities of the same product, select the quantity you wish to return.

3. Choose Return Options

    Based on the availability of the products you want to return, select one of the return options offered to you.

4. Select Shipping Method

    Choose your preferred shipping method for returning the product.

5. Note the Return Shipping Code

    Make a note of the return shipping code displayed on the screen.

    You can also find this code on the My Orders page and in the information message sent to your email address.

6. Prepare Your Return Package

    Place the products with the same return code in the same package along with the invoice.

    Ensure that the package is intact.

    If returning products with different return codes, use separate packages for each code, even if they are shipped to the same cargo service.

7. If You Don’t Have an Invoice

    Write down the following information on a blank piece of paper and include it in your return package:Name Surname:

8. Deliver Your Package

    Depending on your chosen return method, deliver your package to your selected cargo branch or pick-up point within 7 days.

    If you opted for a home pick-up, hand over your package to the officer who arrives at your address on the scheduled day.

After 7 Days

If you exceed the 7-day period, you will need to generate a new return shipping code to proceed with your return.

1. When will my refund be made?

The refund of the product you canceled may vary depending on your bank. This period may take approximately 1 week.

The refund process of the product you returned is as follows;

    • After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked within 2 business days at the latest.

    • If the product complies with the return conditions, your return is approved and after the refund is made, it may be reflected on your card with which you made the payment within 2-10 business days depending on your bank.

    • If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it is sent back to your address.

Note:

    • When a refund is made to your bank, an information message is sent to your membership e-mail address. The time it takes for the amount to be reflected on your card/account depends on your bank.

    • The time it takes for refunds made to a bank card to be reflected on your account is longer.

    • You can view your reference number from the “My Account” > “All My Orders” step to check the refund from your bank.

    • The fee for purchases made in installments is paid to the bank in a single payment, but your bank refunds this amount to your credit card in installments.

2. Can I change the delivery address or recipient name of my order?

You can send us your change request by clicking on the “Trendyol Assistant” button in the “My Account” section. We will share this request with the cargo companies.

3. When will my order arrive?

    • The products you purchase will be delivered within the delivery date range specified in the My Account->All My Orders->Order Details page.

    • If the product has the “Fast Delivery” label, your order will be shipped the latest on the next business day. If the “Today in Cargo” label is on the order, your order will be shipped the same day.

    • When the order is out for delivery, you will be notified by the cargo company via SMS.

    • After it is shipped, you can follow the shipping stages of your order from the “Where is My Cargo?” link on the My Account->All My Orders->Order Details page.

4. If I cancel or return an order that I benefit from the campaign, will the campaign be canceled?

    • If the campaign conditions continue to be met despite the cancellation or return, the campaign will not be canceled.

    • If the remaining products in the order after cancellation or return are not sufficient to meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be made by deducting the discount amount from the campaign for the cancelled or returned products.
