I really like this website because they offer good prices. They have a wide selection of hotels to choose from. However, if you opt for the free cancellation option, you will still need to pay a pre-deposit. This makes you think carefully before making a booking.

Came across a room online, but couldn't book without signing up. Had to download the app, but the room was already taken. Seems like it wasn't really up for grabs. Now, I'm bombarded with notifications from the app. And to make matters worse, I have to wait 7 days to unlink my account from Google.

The customer service went above and beyond in assisting with the hotel cancellation. They followed up impressively through email and phone calls. One suggestion for improvement is to emphasize that free cancellation is based on hotel local time. Though it's displayed on the app, a reminder would be helpful especially when planning many things at once for a trip.

An app for traveling is really good! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have booked several flights and tours through them without any problems. The prices are quite good, and they always deliver what I purchased. You can also share updates in the app to earn points for future trips. Maybe they could make the homepage more user-friendly, as it's a bit cluttered with hotel promotions, but overall I don't have any issues.

If I could, I'd give a negative star! Used the app to book 3 flights. Entered passenger info, but they messed up my names – switched first and last name! I have screenshots showing how it looked on the app and what I entered! They won't admit fault and want to charge extra to fix THEIR mistake. Stay away from this service!

There was a problem with PayPal when I tried to make a payment. Even though I paid, it still showed that the payment was pending. I waited for 15 minutes but nothing changed. Then I tried going back into PayPal without making another payment and finally got my train QR code. This issue only happens with the Trip app. It's a bit frustrating as I almost ended up paying twice each time. The app platform is clearly overwhelmed with activity.

This app is really good. I started using it when I went to China. I have made several bookings on it and whenever I needed to cancel, get a refund or make adjustments, everything was handled well. The customer service is excellent and they quickly address any issues with your booking. It's a pity that they don't offer bookings outside China anymore. But within China, it's the best app I've come across for booking flights, trains, and hotels.

Good job! The app has a nice coin system and design, making booking easy. Customer service is quick to respond, but there have been delays with flight issues and refunds. Despite this, they remain a top competitor in their field.
