- How do I change/cancel my travel plans?

Please contact the vendor or travel agency from whom you purchased your reservation. TripCase is a tool that helps you organize your travel and display your itinerary and travel documents. TripCase is not a booking engine; therefore TripCase is not able to make changes to your reservation.

You cannot change your seat assignments on TripCase.

You can view your seat or see what else is available from the Seat Maps tool, but you must contact the airline or your travel agent to make any changes.

- How do I turn off flight notifications/trip reminders?

From your Profile settings, scroll down to “Notification Settings”. You will see a table with all notifications that TripCase sends.

Check the box next to the notifications you want to receive (in either email or push format).

- Can I merge two TripCase Accounts?

You can delete one of the TripCase accounts under your name, by going to Profile settings and clicking delete account.

Then, you can add the deleted email address to your other account as a secondary email address. 

Please note: Trips from the deleted account might not be visible on the new profile.
