Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Order & track smoothies

The app seems to be working fine, but when I order through it, I end up getting charged twice. Initially, I thought one of the charges would disappear since both show as pending at first, but they both go through each time. This has happened four times that I know of, and maybe even more before I noticed the issue. I have sent several emails but haven't received any response.

I keep getting this message saying I can only scan up to 3 receipts within a day. It's been days since I last scanned one, but it keeps popping up. It's really annoying. I always end up ordering from the website because the app doesn't let me. This scanning issue is just really frustrating. I'm missing out on points because of this problem. I might have to find another place if this keeps up.

Oh, the new app is just terrible! The touch screen is all wonky. pressing buttons feels like a workout. It's like you have to tap them 20 times before they even budge. I've tried ordering multiple times on this thing, and it's always the same story. And it's not like my phone is acting up because every other app and site runs smoothly. The old app was a dream though. I could place an order in a jiffy – less than 30 seconds! Now with this new one, it's a whole different ball game. It takes me a whopping 5 minutes just to do the same thing. People these days are all about speed, you know? If you can't keep up, you'll end up losing out on customers for sure.

I often use this app, but it causes frustration due to some weird issues. For example, there is a tip option, but if you try to use it, the app says they don't accept tips and deletes your order, forcing you to start over. Additionally, it frequently wrongly claims that certain items are unavailable even though the shop has them, or it may crash while I'm trying to place an order. Each time this happens, I have to start the whole process from the beginning, which can be quite irritating. It would probably be less bothersome if it didn't wipe out the order entirely each time.
