    So, get this - I've been dealing with the most terrible app. It just won't start up correctly, and I've been staring at this loading screen for over an hour now. I've attempted to close and reopen the app, but no luck. So now, I'm going through the whole process of uninstalling and reinstalling it...what a pain!

    To start, the app works pretty well for me because I can pay my True mobile and internet bills easily and keep an eye on my data usage. But let me tell you, the app is jam-packed with ads, offers, discount pop-ups, and banners - there are just too many of them! All this clutter and constant bombardment with promotions is seriously distracting and annoying. Because of this overwhelming design and all these unnecessary financial choices, I'm knocking off 4 stars from my rating. However, I'm not giving it a zero because, like I mentioned, it does serve its main purpose of helping me pay my bills.

    It's frustrating when you can't use another number that already has load on it. Those annoying apps can be such a pain, right? Why can't they just let you switch easily, especially when you're trying to make a video call? TRUE-H needs to do something about this. It feels like they're just trying to scam us out of our load.

    I had such a frustrating experience with customer service the other day! I had to wait for what felt like ages before actually speaking to someone. And then, when I finally got through, I had to repeat the same complaint about 3 or 4 times before they even took any action. For instance, when I requested a bill in English, it took them three billing cycles to finally send me one in English, even though I had asked for it right when I signed up. And there was this whole thing with the sales agent promising us some free channels, but when the connection was made, we were told that wasn't true at all. It was so misleading and frustrating, honestly.
