The app has been really useful for me. I need to move by the end of this month. I have already checked out some places and talked to a few homeowners. My partner and I are still searching for a new place, but we believe we will find our new home soon!

Initially, the app was super handy and useful. Lately though, I keep getting notifications for houses that are way too expensive and rentals that don't allow pets, even though I always filter for pet-friendly places. It's annoying to also receive so many notifications about 55+ retirement communities when I have no interest in them.

The app got 4 out of 5 stars. It's better than Zillow and Realtor in almost every aspect. The monthly price covers taxes, it hides pending/contingent listings by default, allows for swiping photos in list view, and offers easy access to the crime map. There are just two complaints: no report button for incorrect listings or violations of terms of use (like realtors misleading about 'multiple offers received' in Plainfield, IL), and no dark mode. Overall, it's a fantastic app.

I like how the app looks, but it needs some fixing. I'm getting annoyed because when I search, I want to hide new construction since I don't have time to wait for them to finish. When I click to hide new construction, they still appear! I've checked multiple times, signed out, signed back in, closed and reopened the app many times! The new construction keeps showing up in my search results and it's frustrating because there are so many of them clogging up my feed!

I really like this app! It has all the necessary details for deciding on renting or buying a home. It works perfectly without any issues, which is great. It's definitely my first choice when I'm planning to move. Thank you!

Trulia used to have a feature that allowed me to view crime maps, but now I can't find it anymore. I saved a search for 3-bedroom homes under $250,000 a while back, and it seems like that search is stuck because I keep getting notifications for it even though I deleted it. On the other hand, my new search for 4-bedroom homes doesn't notify me even though I turned notifications on. Lately, the app has been acting up and showing me an error message saying there are no houses on the map when there clearly are. I'll consider giving a higher rating once these issues are resolved.

I really love this app. I'm in the Coast Guard, so finding homes near the base quickly can be a hassle. This app is incredibly helpful, especially for military personnel. It provides a lot of details about the house and the surrounding area. The visuals are great and the site is well-structured. I don't use any other sites; this one is top-notch. I've already found 2 places using this app.

I hate this app. It's so annoying! Just because I check out a place in a city or state, doesn't mean I want to move there. The saved search locations should just be suggestions. This app is so difficult to use, it feels like trying to find my way home with my eyes closed. I wish I could stop getting recommendations for places I don't want to move to at all.
