How to get started?

Before Switch

Before submitting your Switch (Port-In) request, please ensure that:

Prepaid Number

Your mobile number is not barred by any service provider.

Make sure you are not bound to any prepaid contract (credit advance or phone contract).

Only an active mobile number is allowed to switch.

Mobile number is registered under your name.

MyKad or passport provided is the same as what was registered with your current service provider.

During Switch

Confirm your switch request with your current telco via SMS

1 Once you have received the SIM card, scan your Order Barcode/eSIM QR code via the App

2 Follow App instructions to self-register and submit switch request

3 Receive a confirmation SMS from your telco within the same day

4 Reply the SMS to confirm the switch request

*Make sure you reply within the deadline given. Your reply is case sensitive.

After Switch

Swap your old SIM with Tune Talk SIM card when your current service is terminated.

1 Check switch status via App

The switch process will take about 48 hours to complete

2 Once switching is successful, you may transfer your contacts from the old SIM to your phone (if necessary)

3 Once your current service is terminated, swap the old with Tune Talk SIM card
