Now it won't even start without telling me it's going to collect all sorts of data, giving me the choice to consent, then completely ignoring whether I consented or not and repeats asking for access to an obscene amount of data. I probably wouldn't have even noticed how extensive their data harvesting is if the question wasn't repeatedly asked. So, good on the devs, you bricked your own app with information on why people shouldn't use it.

★★☆☆☆ It was working the first time I installed it for my 16-string Cega lyre. It's not working now. I will pluck a string, and it will either show me something like A1 when I don't even have that string, or I will pluck a string and the tuner will show the right string then go immediately to the 1s, and I'm so frustrated. I've tried to reinstall it, but the same problem remains.

If you need a guitar tuner, give it a shot!

    It's super convenient to have an app on your phone for tuning instruments. It can be a bit too sensitive at times, picking up extra sounds that make the display move erratically, but once you get used to it, it works well. I even use it to match my voice to the right notes.

    This tuner is amazing! I use it for both my 6 string guitar and lap steel. It works for any tuning, whether it's standard or slightly different. I can adjust the tuning precisely in various increments. There are no restrictions; it's so accurate that you could even tune a piano with it. It can detect and recognize any pitch, making it useful for voice training or anything requiring pitch identification. The app is excellent, and the best part is that it's free.

    I really like this app. The only small suggestion I have is to add a feature on the main screen where I can easily switch between different reference pitches, like 440 and 432, which I use frequently. But it's not a big deal as I can always change it in the settings. Overall, thank you for creating such a fantastic app!

    I usually don't bother giving ratings, but this app keeps reminding me. I find it really useful and better than my other tuners. It's always on my phone and the ads are not annoying. I would give it a 10 out of 10.

    Adding a chromatic concert tuning would be really awesome. I think it would make the app even better. If they add that feature, I will give it five stars, as long as there are no glitches. Even if there are some minor problems, I would still rate it five stars if they don't affect the performance much.

    Tuner app is awesome! Easy for simple tasks but advanced features might be a tad perplexing. Has lots of options for accurate tuning. A bit tricky beyond the basics though interface needs time to get used to. Below A2, it could be less dependable due to phone device limitations. My top pick on Play store!

    There's this really awesome tuning app that works super well. It has really precise tuning, useful features, and updates really quickly. Even though it's mostly for stringed instruments, it can actually tune any note in many different octaves. Plus, the ads aren't annoying at all. I definitely think you should give it a try!

    This tuner is just right for me. I use it for guitars, mandolin, and bass. I've had it for years now. Occasionally, I have to mute all the strings and pluck one loudly for it to detect the pitch change, but that's not a major issue. It has everything I need. I can't recall if I ever saw any ads for it, but I would have paid for this app without hesitation. I've been using it for so long, through many different phones, that I've lost track. It works as effectively as my Petersen strobe tuner.

    It was the best free tuner in the Google app store, but now it's not picking up my guitar at all. I have to tune by ear using manual tuning fork tones. I can tune by ear without the app, so I've stopped using it for now. I'll check back later for fixes.

    I've used this tuner for years. It never crashes or freezes and can be used on different devices. I can choose between auto or manual tuning settings and it works well with both my acoustic and electric guitars. I've never encountered any issues with it, plus the ads aren't too bothersome.
