What do I need to do to cancel my line?

You can get detailed information about line cancellation from Türk Telekom Customer Services at 444 1 444.

You can only make a preliminary application regarding line cancellation through the Online Transaction Center.

When you want to cancel your line, you can submit your request by calling Türk Telekom Customer Services while having the number you want to make a transaction with, or you can submit your written application via one of the channels of Türk Telekom Offices and Stores, e-mail, fax, our KEP address or turkiye.gov.tr e-government website. You can forward it to us.

Your line will be canceled within 7 days from the date your request is received from our Customer Services or your written request is received by our company.

If you would like to apply for line cancellation by coming to the nearest Türk Telekom Offices and Stores in person or with a Power of Attorney; When applying in person, simply fill out and sign the line cancellation form. Your identity document will be checked and your application will be received.

In applications to be made through a proxy, special authorization is required in the power of attorney. It is necessary to specify the line cancellation process to be performed or to clearly state that authorization is given for all kinds of transactions with telecommunication companies. The line cancellation application will be received by checking the proxy identification document.

If you want to apply for line cancellation via fax, you can send a fax to 0212 4786898 by writing and signing your request, the phone number(s) you want to cancel and your current contact information on your ID photocopy.

If you want to apply for line cancellation via e-mail, you can write and sign your request, the phone number(s) you want to cancel and your current contact information on the photocopy of your ID card, then scan it and send it to our e-mail address bilgimobil@turktelekom.com.tr from your e-mail address registered in our systems. Applications made via e-mail must be made from your e-mail address registered in our systems. If your e-mail address is not registered or needs to be updated, you must first update your information from Türk Telekom Customer Services or Türk Telekom Offices and Stores.

If you have a KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address, you can write and sign your request, the phone number(s) you want to cancel and your current contact information on your ID photocopy, then scan it and send it to ttmobil@hs03.kep.tr .

If you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, you can also apply through turkiye.gov.tr e-government portal.

    This mobile hat application is the worst. I've tried to charge it with my credit card so many times but it never works. Also, I have a comment for Turk Telekom. I'm on a plan where I pay 28 TL, but every month 2.38 TL gets deducted for tax when I recharge 30 TL. So, I'm left with only 27.62 TL, which means I can't use my regular plan and have to recharge again. It's a strange situation. I got this number 3 months ago, but I might switch to Vodafone or Turkcell instead.

    Tourists like me need to buy a local sim card when roaming doesn't work, which is already frustrating. Not being able to check phone credit in a familiar language just makes things even more chaotic. It's a really bad situation to be in.

    The first page can't be refreshed by scrolling up anymore, which is frustrating because we have to keep restarting the app to see the updated balances. The app still shows the wrong balance for the 15 GB youtube package despite receiving an SMS saying there are only 3 GB left. Even disconnecting and reconnecting, or force-stopping and restarting the app doesn't fix this issue.

    Be careful as a consumer! It's really hard to see and stop the various bundles you've signed up for. When your data runs out, it vanishes from the app but the charges keep going. The app messes up when trying to process payments, asking you to enter the code again. Suddenly, you realize you were charged three times for the same amount in just a few minutes. The app won't show any alerts or proof of this issue, but your bank statement will definitely surprise you!

    You are a foreigner and got a message asking you to visit their website and fill out some information. However, you can't read or write Turkish. How can you complete the document? You need the instructions in English to understand the terms. Thank you.

    The services are just okay. With this app, you can receive a gift every week like extra minutes or gigabytes, but they always give you what you already have! For example, if you need more minutes, they'll give you extra gigabytes as a gift. You can make payments and renew your plan through the app, which also uses fingerprint for security login. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer an English language option, which is frustrating because I accidentally signed up for a one-year package.
