1. What are my profile information?

Your profile information consists of your personal information in your profile. These are your home and work telephone number, your e-mail address and profile picture. To access your profile, visit main page and log into your profile .

Go to ''My Account'' and click on ''My Settings''. You can access your profile page where you will find your personal information by clicking on ''Line Options'' menu located on the left hand side of the page that will open up. To find out how to change your profile information.

2. How can I change my profile information?

     STEP1: Log into your account.

     STEP2: Go to ''My Account'' section in the main menu. You can view your profile details on the page that will open, the information that can be changed has a pencil icon underneath, when you click on the pencil option, all you need to do is to enter the new information and click on save.

     STEP3: You can update all the information listed except for your name, surname and id number.

     STEP4: You may also upload a profile picture or update the existing one by clicking on the photo area on the left. Once you have done editing the information, click on the ''Save'' button to update your information.

4. How can I log into My Account?

Our individual customers can log into My Account from the web using their super password or one-time password. Our corporate customers can log in using their super password.

The owner of the cellular phone line has passed away; how can I have the line registered on my name?

To register the line on your name, you need to visit one of our Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches together with the death certificate.

5. Is there a fee to transfer a postpaid line to a prepaid line? 

Yes, as a new sim card is given while transferring to a prepaid line, sim card fee is charged.

    Using this app is simple, but it's not working properly. I changed to a contract a couple of years back, and my contract got renewed last month. But ever since the renewal, my account keeps showing a message that it's closed because I exceeded my limit, even though I haven't. It also says I can't use my package benefits. I've always paid on time for over 2 years and have never exceeded any limits. The app has a glitch. I'll give it a few more months, and if it's not fixed, I'll switch to Vodafone.
