1. How long do I have to update the taxpayer information on the invoice?

You can update the taxpayer information on your e-ticket invoice until the 10th day of the month following the month when you purchased your ticket. After this date, you cannot make changes to invoice information, you can only view your invoice. Your e-ticket invoice, which will be signed with an electronic certificate after updating your tax information, will be sent to the e-mail address you specified at the latest 72 hours after its issuance.

2. How can I pay with 3D Secure verification?

For payments made with credit card and debit card, 3D Secure verification may be requested if required and supported by the card bank. In the transactions where 3D Secure verification is requested, 3D Secure password must be entered in the window of the bank to be opened after the card information is entered.

3. Can enter Lounge Istanbul with my guest on my international flights?

Our Elite and Elite Plus passengers can enter Lounge Istanbul with their family members (spouse and children) or one guest, and Star Alliance Gold Card holders can enter Lounge Istanbul with one guest.

4. Can I benefit from a student discount if I purchase my ticket online?

You can benefit from the student discount by using our website and mobile application. To take advantage of this discount, simply join the Miles&Smiles program and define the student feature on your account profile. When your Miles&Smiles account includes the student designation, you can log into your account and purchase your ticket with student benefits by selecting the “student” passenger type.

5. Can I check in online for group tickets?

For group tickets purchased from a travel agency, please write the surnames of the passengers in the group together with their ticket numbers, one by one. You can check in up to 9 passengers in one transaction.

6. Can I choose emergency exit seats during online check-in or self-service kiosk check-in?

Emergency exit seats can be selected and purchased before or during check-in. Check-in for purchased emergency exit seats can be performed online and through the kiosk. It is not possible to purchase an emergency exit seat through the kiosk.
