I switched providers. How do I update my TV Guide channel listings?

- If you have changed your provider (such as a new cable company, or switched from cable to satellite) and need to update your channel listings, log in to your TV Guide account and follow these steps: Click on "Live TV" from the top right menu panel on the home page, and select TV Listings. Locate the "Provider" link and enter your zip code. Once you enter your zip code, you will be able to select from Cable, Satellite or Antenna options. Select your provider, and then click on "Apply." When prompted if you'd like to save your provider settings to your profile, select Skip or Save Now Choose either Cable, Satellite or Antenna. The grid will now reload with your local channel lineup. You've now set local listings!

How do I remove favorite channels on TV Guide?

- If you added a favorite channel and then changed your mind, you can easily remove it with these simple steps: Remove a favorite channel from the listing grid Go to the TV Listings page, then scroll down to the listings grid. Find the channel that you want to set. Next to each channel title, there is a "heart" icon. This icon will appear filled if the channel is a favorite. Click on the "heart" icon to remove that channel from your favorites. To quickly remove multiple channels from your favorites: At the top of the grid, click on the Edit favorites link. In the pop-up window, click on the "Favorites" button besides each favorite channel to remove that channel from your favorites. After you've selected all the channels to remove, click the "Apply" button to save your changes. You can also use the ?remove all? button to clear all saves Favorite channels.
