In the "TV Program" section, you can find an overview of your favorite channels. Create your own channel list under "My Channels" to display only their programs.

The "Channels" section displays the programs of all available channels in the app, sorted by groups or alphabetically.

FAQ

After an update the app no longer works as usual – what can I do?

After updating the TV game film app or TVToday app, there may be delayed loading times depending on the device. If the app runs slowly, stutters or individual areas of the app cannot be accessed, please try these troubleshooting steps in the following order:

Restart your device.

Please check whether the problem only occurs with the TVSpielfilm app or TVToday app or with other apps too.

Reinstall the app (attention: your individual channel list and watchlist will be reset with every new installation).

Check whether there is enough storage space and RAM available on your device and free up memory if necessary.

For older operating system versions: Please perform an update if possible.

How can I edit my channel list?

The channel list is accessed via the menu item “ My Channels ”.

The channels displayed here can be added or removed from the channel list by clicking on + or – . You can design the order yourself by dragging and dropping the channels. To do this, press and hold the arrow symbols to the right of the desired transmitter and move the transmitter to the desired position.

You can also search for specific channels in the search field and choose between over 200 channels.

How does the watchlist work?

Never miss your favorite show again ! With the “ watch list ” function you can save TV programs or have them conveniently remind you.

How does this work?

1. Go to the program you want to remember. At the top right you will find the “ Remember ” button. If you press this, a window opens.

2. In the window that opens, you can choose whether you want to be reminded of the program (and when) or not. You can also have the show added to your calendar. To do this, you must authorize access to your calendar.

3. Finally, your shipment is “ Noted ”. You can see this by the red filled heart in the broadcast or in the general program overview.

4. You can find your personal watch list using the three bars in the menu at the top left of the home page. Here you can view all of your saved shipments. Past broadcasts will also be displayed here unless you delete them.

Note: You can remove broadcasts from your watch list by clicking on the red heart again. Watchlist content is automatically removed seven days after the TV broadcast.

ATTENTION: Please also note that the watch list is not synchronized. If you save a program on your smartphone or tablet, it will only be displayed on the device on which you saved the program.
