U+ Smart Home allows users to check the status of their home and family anytime, anywhere, control devices with a smartphone, voice commands, or automatically to save energy and time, ensure home and family safety, and provide comfort for both body and mind.

- Switch: Ensures peace of mind when leaving lights on accidentally or leaving the house unattended for long periods.

- Pet Care: Exquisite pet life provided by U+ Smart Home Pet Care.

- Our Home Guardian: Package to prevent theft from external intrusion and receive compensation.

- Air Sensor: Compares indoor and surrounding air quality in real-time, advising on ventilation timing.

[Required Permissions]

#Notifications - Sound, vibration, and icon placement included in notifications upon acceptance of agreement.

(For older OS versions, notification permission is optional, not mandatory)

#Phone - Used for login with phone number, and accessing customer center call function.

#Bluetooth - Necessary for registering Bluetooth devices, entering vault passwords, and using HomeNet automatic access pass functionality. (Mandatory for Android OS 12 and above, optional for Android OS 11 and below)

Agreement is not required for service usage.

#Notifications - Sound, vibration, and icon placement included in notifications upon acceptance of agreement.

#Microphone - Used for voice communication functions of MomCar devices, and voice transmission on front door CCTV.

#Contacts - Register emergency contacts for quick dial buttons, access address book for adding family contacts.

#Storage - Used for features like saving screens, 5-minute recording, loading pet profile pictures, and saving front door CCTV photos.

#Location - Confirm current location for device registration/unregistration, and register home location.

#Camera - Used for capturing pet profile images.

#Bluetooth - Necessary for registering Bluetooth devices, entering vault passwords, and using HomeNet automatic access pass functionality. (Mandatory for Android OS 12 and above, optional for Android OS 11 and below)

※ For devices using Android version 6.0 and below, individual permission settings cannot be set. It is recommended to upgrade the operating system to Android 6.0 or higher before updating and using. After updating, if you wish to reset access permissions, please delete the installed app and reinstall it.

Blocking and unblocking mobile phone payments

Blocking and unblocking mobile phone payments can be easily set up through the Customer Center App, U+ Members App, website, Customer Center 114, or dealers.

Tips

You cannot use the mobile phone payment service in the following situations.

- If there is a discrepancy between the first 7 digits of the owner’s resident registration number and the first 7 digits of the resident registration number entered online.

- If the current status is suspended or canceled due to non-payment

- If you are currently in arrears

- If you are a corporate customer or a minor customer under the age of 19

- If you are a prepaid (PPS) plan user

- If the number is temporarily suspended

- When attempting to pay using a dual number

- If mobile phone payment blocking is registered

- If the mobile phone is registered as lost

- If use is not possible due to the restriction policy of the mobile phone payment agency or content provider

- Customers who have not used mobile phone payments for more than 1 year and have been automatically blocked to prevent damage from payment fraud

- If you do not agree to the use of mobile phone payments when signing up for a mobile phone

- If you are using call forwarding service
