Once you download the app to your Android or iPhone, you can easily enroll in online and mobile banking within the app. If you have already enrolled in online banking, just log in to the app with your username and password. Not yet a U.S. Bank customer? You can apply for an account with the app!
How can I use the U.S. Bank Smart Assistant in my banking app?
You can use Smart Assistant by typing or talking while using our banking mobile app. Smart Assistant listens when you speak and responds, just like a regular conversation. You can also type your question and you’ll receive a written response back.
How do I pay bills in the banking app?
To pay your bills on the U.S. Bank Mobile App, log in to your account and select "Transfer & pay" in the bottom navigation. Then, select "Pay bills," choose the bill you want to pay, and select "Pay."
