And the CPF?

The user's formal identification is required, especially in establishments that accept online transactions. Because of this, it is necessary to include your CPF in the registration.

2. Can I place an order at a location when I am not there?

Yes. For example, you can place an order to be delivered to your home while you are still at work. Just remember that someone must be ready to receive and pay for the order (if it has not already been paid for online) at the delivery destination. Furthermore, if an establishment sends an order to a location and there is no one there, this may be considered a prank call and your registration may be permanently deactivated.

3. I need to cancel an order. How do I proceed?

As long as the order has not yet been accepted by the establishment, you can cancel it by clicking on the “Cancel order” button on the pending order screen. My order has already been accepted by the establishment, but I want to cancel it. How do I do this?

Just go to “My orders” and enter the description of the corresponding order. There, you will have access to the establishment’s telephone number, allowing you to contact the location itself directly. Only then can the cancellation be made once an order has been approved.

4. Does UaiRango control the order's delivery time?

No. When registering, establishments inform us of the delivery time they wish to work with. UaiRango always emphasizes to establishments the importance of respecting the specified deadline and how important this is for the user's experience of ordering from us again or not. The delivery time, as well as the production of the items and other production criteria, are entirely up to the establishment, with UaiRango being involved solely and exclusively in the act of facilitating the user in placing the order and the establishment in meeting this demand, whether or not it confirms the customer's request.

5. What forms of payment does the establishment accept?

Like delivery times, payment methods are specified by the establishment. Each of them dictates how they prefer to work, and they can even protect themselves from not receiving certain means of payment in particular local situations without prior notice. The establishment has the right and power to activate or deactivate its controls as necessary.
