Uber - Ride sharing service

Uber has truly changed the way we travel, making commuting so much easier. I personally use Uber a lot, and I can say with certainty that it has made a big difference. Summoning a ride with just a tap on my phone is super convenient. Need a ride to the airport or a safe way home late at night? Uber always comes through, providing reliable service every time. The best part is how user-friendly their app is. Booking a ride is a breeze, and I love being able to track my driver in real-time.

So, when we first tried using Uber, it was for getting to and from hotels at Port Canaveral. The app was really simple to use, which was great. One thing that could be helpful is having a spot to mention how much luggage you have in advance. We requested an XL, but the first Uber that arrived was just a VW Atlas, which could fit six people but it was a bit tight fitting all of our family's luggage (since we are a family of five). However, the driver was incredibly friendly and helpful, so we managed to make everything work out. On the return trip, we got a Suburban, which was perfect for us with no issues at all. Waiting at the terminal was quick, only 4 minutes - it was a breeze!

Oh, man, be super careful with this app! It’s a pain to use. When I was trying to set it up, it rushed and sent me a driver even before I could pick a time. So, I had to cancel the trip. And get this, when I tried to rebook, it wanted me to log in to my bank account and confirm two small transactions. I couldn’t go through with that, so now I’m left without a ride... bummer! I’m thinking of switching to another app. It feels like they're doing it on purpose, especially with that cancellation fee. Not really feeling like I can trust them anymore!

So, this app I use is decent overall and I usually manage to find some good prices. But here's the thing - that progress bar they show you while waiting for a driver? Yeah, it likes to play games with your feelings. It will say "Finalizing" driver details even when it hasn't actually found one yet. Like, hello? If you're still looking for a driver, you can't be in the "Finalizing" stage. So many times now, it has teased me by showing "Finalizing" only to disappoint me later with a message saying no drivers were available. Like seriously, what was all that "Finalizing" about then? It might seem trivial, but trust me, when it happens repeatedly, it's pretty darn annoying.

That app was such a nightmare! I expected it to be a quick and easy installation process, but it turned into a frustrating experience. I had to keep trying over and over to confirm my information, and every time I entered a code sent by Uber, the app would just send me back to the same step of verification. It was silly because they would send one code via text and another through email simultaneously. No matter which code I tried first, the app kept telling me it was wrong. I never managed to get past that verification stage. It's a shame that I wasted so much time on this whole ordeal for no good reason!
