Cancellation/Return, Refund Guide

Order Cancellation

- Order cancellation is possible only immediately after ordering the product and before the supplier post office prepares for shipment.

(Please note that cancellation will be made after the return is confirmed if delivery has been made.)

Returns and Exchanges

You can request an exchange or cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product.

However, if a product different from the description is delivered, you can exchange (same product) or cancel within 3 months or within 30 days from the day you became aware of this fact. (①If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption, ②If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time, please note that exchanges and returns are not possible.)

Order Cancellation, Refund

If you request an order cancellation or refund due to product deterioration or other reasons, you must return the product to the supplier post office. (Please note that order cancellation and refund are not possible if the return details are not confirmed due to the product's own disposal.)

Exchange/Return (Refund) Guide

If the product value has significantly decreased and resale is impossible, exchange/refund is not possible.

- Refunds are processed after the seller receives the returned product.

- If delivery is not possible due to the seller being out of stock or discontinued after the buyer's order payment, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the shipped product even if an order cancellation is received after the seller has shipped the product pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc.
