There is a problem with the app now. When I try to see an item, the whole page or the item itself doesn't load properly. If it comes in multiple shades like lipsticks, liners, or similar items, I can only see it when I select a shade. This makes it hard for me to find a palette or a single item, and I can't add anything to my wishlist or cart. Everything was working perfectly before this issue occurred.

It's working well without any issues. It's easy to navigate and I can easily resume where I left off. Unlike other apps, there's no need to repeat the process. However, it should be easier to place pick-up orders. For example, the Target App handles this perfectly! If this is improved, it would become the ideal way for me to shop for makeup and skincare. Also, the Try-On feature always seems to have problems. There are a few issues, but overall, it's really good.

I prefer shopping on the app over the website, but recently it keeps lagging and freezing. I have to constantly close it because it won't load the product I want to see. When I go back from my shopping bag to the page I was on, it shows a blank screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times, but it never works. It's not my phone causing issues because this is the only shopping app that behaves this way out of all the apps I have.

I really like this app. I check it out regularly because Ulta always has great deals and promotions happening. They make sure you stay updated without being too pushy with notifications. The app is user-friendly, well-organized, and visually appealing. I totally suggest checking it out! 💕💕💕

I used this app and it was a mess. Every time I added something to my cart, it would change or disappear when I checked my bag. And then more different items showed up when I tried to check out. I'm deleting it now. Fix the bug.

The app keeps getting worse with each update. Now I can't save items for later, and my shopping list disappeared. Even when checking out, items remain in the cart. These problems have persisted for over a month. Please resolve them. I appreciate the Ulta app. I receive more samples and offers online than in-store. It's convenient to save favorite items and provide sample preferences.

The update on February 22, 2024 is causing an issue where I can only type one letter in the Search function. I still cannot organize my Favorites as mentioned in my original review, so now I have to take screenshots of items to buy at the store to save time. Three years ago, I liked the app more. On September 27, 2021, searching and adding to Favorites was easy. I wish I could organize my Favorites by category like hair products and makeup to quickly find allergy-safe options in-store.

The app's user interface is really bad. It takes a long time for categories to load and even when they do, I can't click on the products. Some categories show a blank screen and I haven't been able to view fragrances for weeks. My account info is displayed incorrectly and I can't fix it because the page won't load.

Half the time this app is hard to use. It's good when it works, showing points and rewards nicely, but the filters are not great and sometimes miss out on brands or products I want. When the app doesn't work, it's really annoying. Nothing loads properly - like when you tap on a product and all you see on the page is the price and rating. I tried clearing my cache and data to fix the issue, but it didn't help.
