It would be more convenient if the agent number was readily available in all locations, similar to Bikash.

    There was an issue with my ID on the app even after I contacted the call center and changed the password through them. I placed a complaint on 23rd Sept and they said it would be fixed within 15 working days. Today is 22nd Nov and their call center agents can't provide much information except attaching a note.

    There are some awesome financial apps out there that offer secure transactions and low cashout fees. Plus, you can earn rewards when using them. It would be even better if they could also include services for paying prepaid electricity bills.

    Upay is quite frustrating when it comes to registering. It becomes complicated during OTP input and then there's no option to set a password. Nagad and Bikash are the easiest mobile banking apps. Upay shouldn't make things so complicated for everyone. That's why it will take a long time for them to compete with Nagad or Bikash apps. Hopefully, the app's management will realize this soon.
