    The new app is really good compared to the old one, but I've noticed that the daily packages are not displayed. Kindly provide a list of daily packages so we can activate them.

    In 2024, looks like ufone has made some big changes to their interface. It's so much smoother now. They should make a small tweak though: show remaining data in MBs when it's less than 1 GB and also display the expiry date and time for packages and free data.

    From the first day of the new app update, nothing seems to be working properly. It runs very slowly and keeps showing error messages about things going wrong. I haven't been able to explore the app fully because it keeps crashing. It would be great if all changes could be tested before being made public. Using this app after the update has been really frustrating.

    Ufone keeps deducting my mobile balance for no reason. Even when I haven't used mobile data, they still send me messages saying I am using data at standard rates. They offer me data packages but there is no way to reach their representative. The network is bad and the services are even worse. 👎👎👎

    The app update blew me away! A few weeks back, I almost uninstalled it because it kept crashing and had many bugs. I was so irritated and doubted the developers' skills. But now, the new update fixed a lot of problems. The app works way better - fewer crashes and less frustration. I can use it without going crazy. There's more to do, but hats off to the team for this progress!

    It's really frustrating logging in lately. The OTP takes ages to arrive, and even when it does, it always fails when I enter it. I've tried like ten times already, but no luck. This communication system is just terrible. I'll have to switch to a different one soon.

    The new version is way better than the old one. Nice work, ufone! In the previous app, there was a feature called "make your own offer" which is missing in this latest update. Kindly bring back the "make your own offer" feature, please.

    No rewards to choose from, and all the daily packages are gone from the app. I downloaded it just for those daily packages. But...
